• When mobile service is performed, submissions may be completed using a secure private network or after returning to a secure office network

We maintain compliance with DOJ and Applicant Processing Services (APS) guidelines:

• Copies of the Request for Live Scan Service (BCIA 8016) form are securely stored in a locked cabinet

• Records are retained for up to 12 months, as required by PSP Terms and Conditions

• Biometric fingerprint images are not stored after successful transmission unless required by law

• Any temporary digital data is securely deleted after submission

Access to biometric information is strictly limited:

• Only authorized personnel may access collected data

• Information is shared only with the California Department of Justice and authorized requesting agencies

• We do not disclose data to third parties unless required by law or legal process
