What You’ll Need for Your Live Scan Appointment?
To ensure your appointment is completed quickly and efficiently, please have the following items available:
A completed Request for Live Scan Service form (BCIA 8016) provided by the requesting agency or employer.
A valid government-issued photo ID or passport.
Payment for the Live Scan service.
Acceptable Identification
A valid California Driver’s License or California Identification Card is preferred.
Important: All identification documents must be originals. Photographs, photocopies, digital images, and expired identification documents cannot be accepted.
